David paints abstract impressionist works in oil, acrylic and watercolors in her studio at the gallery, because she wants the public to witness her creative process. David teaches through private art lessons and group workshops, and gives presentations in her community. The gallery displays her original works as well as prints and note cards.

Before moving to the U.S. in 1985 with her husband and daughter, David studied painting in her native Belgium. She also studied architecture and pursued a career as a designer, having completed coursework at the Brussels Academy of Art and Belgium's School of Architecture. She received much of her early training from disciples of Belgian painter Paul Delvaux. Through contact with fellow European impressionists, David absorbed many techniques to form the foundation of her definitive style. A former member of the Pennsylvania Watercolor Society, Philadelphia Watercolor Club and Harrisburg Art Association and past president of the Berks Art Association, David participates in regional exhibitions, winning awards in Pennsylvania and elsewhere.

Johnson has worked as a writer and producer in a wide variety of television programs, including The Rockford Files and Magnum, P.I. His career has also included acting roles in such television programs as JAG and NCIS. As a co-executive producer, Johnson’s areas of expertise include overseeing the creation of television shows, daily and post production, budgeting, casting, and looping. Johnson started out as a production coordinator in 1971 and has steadily climbed the ladder to his current position.

Johnson received his JD from Howard University Law School in 1970. He was active in the civil rights movement and was involved in John F. Kennedy's presidential campaign. He has been published in the Howard Law Journal and received an Army Commendation Medal for his work as a defense counsel for AWOL soldiers during the Vietnam War. He is a member of Screen Actors Guild, and Academy of Television Arts and Sciences.

Romankiw is a life-long researcher whose work on patents led to the use of magnetic thin-film storage heads in commercial products. This innovation greatly increased the storage density of magnetic recording heads, and is employed in today's most advanced products. Romankiw is also listed as an inventor or co-inventor on more than 57 U.S. patents and over 120 published inventions. He has authored 150 papers and edited 10 volumes of technical symposia.
Romankiw earned his Ph.D. from MIT in 1962. He is the recipient of the Perkin Medal from Societies of Chemical Industries (1993), the Vittorio de Nora Medal from the Electrochemical Society (1994), the IEEE Morris A. Lieberman Award, the Inventor of the Year Award from Eastern New York Intellectual Property Law Association (2000), and Inventor of the Year Award from the New York Intellectual Property Law Association (2001). Romankiw received 13 Outstanding Invention and Contribution Awards from IBM and 25 Invention Achievement Awards.

Ford received her licensed practical nurse diploma in 1990. She is a basic life support instructor and certified phlebotomist. Cambridge Who's Who names James O'Brien Professional of the Year in Meteorology

Tallahassee, FL …April 18, 2007– Dr. James J. O'Brien, retired Director Emeritus of Florida State University’s Center for Ocean-Atmospheric Prediction Studies, has been named Cambridge Who's Who Professional of the Year in meteorology. O'Brien, an expert in meteorology, founded the Center for Ocean-Atmospheric Prediction Studies at the University of Florida. He is credited with ocean modeling which led to new breakthroughs in understanding coastal upwelling, El Niño, La Niña, and hurricane effects on the ocean. Since retiring in December 2006, O’Brien has focused his research on the effects of global climate change. COAPS promotes interdisciplinary research on air-sea interaction, ocean and coupled air-sea modeling, climate predictions, statistical studies and predictions of social/economic consequences due to ocean-atmospheric variations.

O'Brien received his Ph.D. and masters degree in meteorology from Texas A&M University, and his bachelors degree in chemistry from Rutgers University. A gifted public speaker and lecturer, O’Brien is a fellow of American Meteorological Society, American Geophysical Union, Royal Meteorological Society and AAAS. He is the recipient of numerous awards including ONR Distinguished Ocean Educator, Robert O. Lawton Distinguished Professor, Florida State University, and UDA Prize, Japan Oceanographic Society.
